Monthly statements showing rent received, expenses and payments, ready for your accountant at tax time.
Market rent reviews and lease renewals handled within legal notice periods, at no extra charge.

All prices exclude GST at 15%. Management fees are generally a tax-deductible rental expense; check with your accountant.

Compliance
New Zealand rentals must meet the Healthy Homes Standards and the Residential Tenancies Act. Non-compliance can lead to Tenancy Tribunal penalties. Breanz monitors compliance for every property we manage, as part of the standard fee.
